Refund Policy of Fuji Music Services
1. General Policy
Fuji Music strives to provide high-quality classes and services. All payments for classes, workshops, and services are non-refundable except as outlined below. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before enrolling.
2. Class Cancellations by Fuji Music

If Fuji Music cancels a class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit toward future classes will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Class Cancellations by the Student

Private Lessons: No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled private lessons. However, rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to instructor availability.

Group Classes or Workshops: Refunds or credits may be issued if cancellation is requested in writing at least 7 days before the start of the class or workshop. A HKD $100 administrative fee may apply.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date or for non-attendance.
4. Services (e.g., Recording Sessions, Music Production, Music Events)

A 50% deposit is required to book studio services. Deposits are non-refundable unless the studio cancels the session.

If you cancel a booked service at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be credited toward a future session, subject to availability.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or for no-shows.
5. Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, Fuji Music may consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. Documentation (e.g., medical note) may be required. Please contact us in writing to discuss your situation.
6. Non-Transferable
All classes and services are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved by Fuji music in writing.
7. Refunds for Online Classes

Online classes follow the same refund policies as in-person classes.

No refunds will be issued for technical issues outside the Fuji Music's control (e.g., student’s internet or device issues). We will work with you to ensure access to the class.
